Pioneer Laminating and Allied Industries is An ISO 9001:2015 certified Partnership firm with the experience of 52 years mainly engaged in manufacturing and supplying a high-quality array of Corrugated Paper Packing Box. Since our establishment in 1969 at Kolkata (West Bengal, India), we have been able to meet customer's varied needs by providing the array of products that includes Paper Boxes, Corrugated Paper Rolls, Corrugated Paper Sheets and so on. Under the strict direction of "Mr. Manish Agarwal" (Partner), we have achieved an alleged name in the industry.

We would like to introduce ourselves as a leading Corrugated Board Boxes manufacturer in Eastern India. We may add that we are serving our reputed customer since from the year 1969. Infrastructural Facilities

The company boasts of a state-of-the art infrastructural set-up consisting of sophisticated machinery of reputed make like to Micro, Printograph, United Machinery & Appliances, etc. Our machinery is loaded with all the advanced facilities to manufacture and upgrade products with contemporary technological know-hows that boast of production capacity of 500 M.T. per month. Besides, we are also empowered with the area of 35000 Square Feet. We are mainly using raw material to make our products including Kraft Paper, Duplex Board, Glue, Stitching Wire, Printing Ink (Water Base), Binding Cloth, BOPP Tape, Strapping Roll etc.

Testing Facilities

Quality is of top priority with our organization. The company boasts of Inspection Facilities as per Indian Institute of Packaging method. The Process Control Unit is situated within its own premises and highly equipped laboratory with testing equipment like:

• GSM testing machine (auto)
• Burst factor and bursting strength testing machine(auto) with full setup
• Thickness testing machine(auto)
• Box compression Testing machine
• Check the adhesive(water resistance) machine (auto)

Cobb Testing - We have Cobb Testing facility which is a Testing method for Water absorption of the Paper.
